OPIS PARKU: Jungle gym, sports fields, paved trail, tennis courts, and wading pool. - Open space for sprinting, playing catch, tossing around a football, kettlebells, and burpees - Monkey bars for arms and pull-ups - Step-ups on the park benches - Jump landing training off the edge of the wading pool (seasonal, obviously) Create a circuit by rotating through three sets of burpees, push-ups, step-ups, and jump landing.
